Bookings
A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings. This deposit is non-refundable. If your appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, the deposit will be forfeited. If more than 24 hours notice is given, your deposit will be kept on your account as a credit, or transferred to your next appointment when you reschedule.
Arriving Late
We understand that unexpected delays can happen. However, please note that arriving late to your appointment may result in a reduced treatment time, as we need to stay on schedule for the clients booked after you. If you are running more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to another time to ensure every client receives their full, intended service.
Cancellations
We kindly ask for more than 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another client. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a late cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost. No shows will be charged the full cost of the appointment.
Children In Salon
As a courtesy to all other clients and for the safety of your children, we ask that you make child care arrangements for your appointment time at Elite. We do not allow children under the age of 13 to be left unsupervised in the salon. Our salon environment includes a range of professional products, tools, and equipment that can pose a safety risk if not handled correctly. We strive to provide the most enjoyable and relaxing experience for everyone visiting the salon, and this policy helps us maintain a safe space for both our clients and their children. Please understand that this policy is in place for your safety and the safety of your children.
